The Spokesperson of famous actor, benefactor and genius Bart has confirmed the rumours that he would become one of Beijing Olympics 2008 mascots called Jingjing!!!
Všichni maskoti mají dvojslabičné jméno, které se rýmuje a jímž se v Číně vyjadřuje zdrobňování. Beibei je rybička, Jingjing panda, Huanhuan zosobňuje olympijský oheň, Yingying je tibetská antilopa a Nini je vlaštovka.
Když jejich jména spojíte - Bei Jing Huan Ying Ni - vznikne věta "Vítejte v Beijingu".
Each of the Friendlies has a rhyming two-syllable name. Beibei is the Fish, Jingjing is the Panda, Huanhuan is the Olympic Flame, Yingying is the Tibetan Antelope and Nini is the Swallow. When you put their names together--Bei Jing Huan Ying Ni--they say "Welcome to Beijing."
